FreshRSS

FreshRSS is the featureful counterpoint to Miniflux: categories, themes, extensions, statistics, web scraping for sites without feeds, and multi-user support, all in a PHP app light enough for shared hosting or a Pi.

It exposes the Google Reader and Fever APIs, so nearly every mobile RSS client can sync against it. SQLite is fine for one person; MySQL/Postgres scale it up. The interface is dense but customizable.
