Lightweight Git hosting with issues, pull requests and built-in CI
Gitea is self-hosted Git that respects your hardware: repositories, issues, pull requests, a container registry and Gitea Actions (largely compatible with GitHub Actions workflows), all from a binary that runs comfortably on a Raspberry Pi.
It covers what most teams actually use from GitHub without the operational weight of GitLab. SQLite works fine for small installs; move to Postgres when the team grows.
The sensible default for personal projects and small teams who want their code at home.
